DELIVERY POLICY

This Delivery Policy sets out the delivery responsibilities and of Wasted Time Pty Ltd, ABN 1241 3702 265, (Wasted Time) and its Authorised Representatives current as at 24 August 2020. Wasted Time will always endeavour to provide a safe and timely delivery of your items and will act in accordance with the below terms.

In this agreement, ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to Wasted Time Pty Ltd. The term ‘you’ refers to any customer of Wasted Time Pty Ltd.

  1. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    1. (a)  Wasted Time engages Australia Post (‘our carrier’) as a delivery partner to deliver your Wasted Time goods. In ordering through Wasted Time, you authorise Australia Post to leave your order in a safe and/or unattended place at the address nominated by you at the time of purchasing. Wasted Time cannot be held liable for any loss or damage if you do not provide us with an accurate delivery address.

    2. (b)  Wasted Time cannot be held liable for any loss or damage incurred after our carrier has completed delivery to you.

    3. (c)  Wasted Time will take all necessary steps to ensure your delivery reaches you within a reasonable time period. Notwithstanding this, Wasted Time cannot be held liable for any loss caused by delay of our carriers which is not foreseeable or controlled by us.

    4. (d)  It is your responsibility to provide us with an accurate shipping address.

  2. DELIVERY FEES

    Wasted Time has conducted considerable market research to engage a cost-effective delivery carrier. Delivery fees will be incurred by you unless otherwise specified at the time of purchasing.

  3. AGREEMENT WITH OUR DELIVERY POLICY

    From time to time we may need to revise our delivery policy without notice. It is advisable that you familiarise yourself with our policy before placing orders to ensure you are aware of our most current policy. When you purchase from us, we take this to meant that you have read and agreed with our policy.
